Using Our Website
You agree not to:
- Use the website for anything unlawful
- Try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems
- Submit false information through our contact form
- Copy or reuse our content, logos or designs without permission
Information on this website is provided for general purposes. Any work we do for a client is governed by a separate written agreement with that client.
Social Publishing Tool (Botiksha Social)
Botiksha Social is an internal tool we use to publish content to social media accounts that we own or manage. It is not offered to the public. Anyone who connects an account to it confirms they are authorized to publish on that account.
Connected platforms have their own terms, which also apply. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. How we handle data from connected accounts is described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website.
