Botiksha Social is an internal tool that BotikshaAI uses to schedule and publish content to social media accounts that we own or manage, such as YouTube channels, Instagram accounts, Facebook Pages and LinkedIn profiles. It is not offered to the public.

When an account is connected through Google, Meta or LinkedIn sign-in, we receive and store:

• Basic account details: name, account or page ID and profile picture
• Access tokens that let the tool publish on that account
• The posts, captions, images and videos we publish
• Performance data for those posts, such as views, likes and comments counts

We use this data only to publish and schedule our own posts and to measure how they perform. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, share it with third parties other than the platform itself, or use it to train AI models. The data is stored on a private server operated by BotikshaAI that is reachable only over a private network, and its backups are encrypted. Media queued for publishing is hosted on Cloudflare R2 so that the platforms can fetch it.

Botiksha Social uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Botiksha Social's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke access at any time from Google security settings, Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, or LinkedIn Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services. When an account is disconnected, we delete its access tokens immediately and its other data within 30 days. See our data deletion instructions.
